Reviews and Ratings
The hotel overlooks Mallory, offering a nice view of cruise ships during the day, but early morning noise from docking liners and noisy cockerels could be bothersome. The room featured a giant flat-screen TV on a relaxing sofa, a spacious bedroom with balcony access, but the shower leaked, creating a slippery mess. The service was friendly and helpful, but some challenges with billing accuracy were noted. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, though noise from the main air-conditioning plant could be a drawback. The dining options, including the on-site Hot Tin Roof restaurant, were enjoyable, but the absence of included breakfast was disappointing.
The hotel offers a colorful boutique ocean view room that is clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great spot on 0 Duval Street. However, it shows signs of age with non-functional bedroom fan and issues with doors and furniture.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The service was amazing, offering various perks and accommodations. The location was wonderful, allowing easy access to attractions and restaurants. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a positive experience with some minor drawbacks.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel rooms were spacious and super well-maintained, offering fabulous sunset views. The service was outstanding; the staff was extremely friendly and the facilities excellent. The location was perfect, close to all the activities we had planned, and the dining was a bit disappointing, with small portions and high prices. Overall, a memorable experience with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Key West, overlooking the ocean from a clean and bright room. The service was outstanding, although there were some issues with additional charges.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed with beautiful decor, offering stunning views over Mallory Square and the sunsets. Everything was impeccably maintained and clean. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very welcoming, helpful, and professional, while others seemed dismissive when addressing concerns. The location couldn't be better; being right down Duval, it was walking distance from the vibrant restaurant and bar scene, as well as conveniently close to Starbucks and CVS. The dining options were good, especially at the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant, but a bit limited for the price. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for a special occasion like our 25th anniversary.
