I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The service was amazing, offering various perks and accommodations. My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed with beautiful decor, offering stunning views over Mallory Square and the sunsets. Everything was impeccably maintained and clean. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very welcoming, helpful, and professional, while others seemed dismissive when addressing concerns. The location couldn't be better; being right down Duval, it was walking distance from the vibrant restaurant and bar scene, as well as conveniently close to Starbucks and CVS. The dining options were good, especially at the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant, but a bit limited for the price. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for a special occasion like our 25th anniversary.
